  • Newly constructed access road with erosion control measures by MEC in a wooded site

    Bartley-Holeman Road Extension & Subdivision

    The Bartley Point project involved extending Bartley Holeman Road by 4,900 LF to provide access to 23 unique estate lots on Harris Lake in Wake County. MEC also constructed 4,600 LF of internal strip-paved roads, installed extensive storm drainage infrastructure, and built six large water quality facilities to support the development.

    East Pettigrew street, downtown durham

    At 510 East Pettigrew Street in downtown Durham, NC, MEC performed urban demolition, environmental remediation, and grading on the 3.1-acre site. In coordination with the General Contractor, MEC also built a large-scale underground stormwater system, site drainage, and installed water and sewer connections for the multi-story upscale apartment building.

    Trawick Village

    MEC is proud to have been selected for the upcoming Townes at Trawick project in Raleigh, NC, with construction scheduled to begin in Fall 2025. The scope includes comprehensive site construction services—from clearing and grading to utility installation, asphalt paving, and sidewalk construction both on-site and along Trawick Road.
